I used this tape back in the 90's and liked it then. I have not been getting the results I wanted at the gym and stumbled over this at the amazon site and decided to go back to it. I have only been using it consistently for a few weeks and am noticing good results in energy, strenth and toning. I am aware it is a little harder as I am older and heavier than when I first used it. I am confident this will result in the outcome I am looking for. The ability to modify at all times makes this workout good for anyone. |

best exercise dvd ever |
HI, I USED TO WORK OUT A LOT AT HOME WITH SO MANY HOME EXERCISE VIDEOS, BUT THIS ONE IS FUN MOTIVATED AND WANT ME TO DO IT AGAIN AND AGAIN ALMOST EVERY DAY WITHOUT GETTING BORED...
AND THERE ARE RESULTS, I LOST ABOUT 5 POUNDS FOR THE PAST MONTH .(POUNDS THAT TOOK ME FOREVER TO LOOSE....10 MONTHS AFTER HAVING BIRTH)I AM STILL WORKING ON IT. SO FAR BY NOW THAT'S THE BEST DVD RESULTS.

I bought this vhs in the late 90's and it is still by far the most effective aerobic exercise I've experienced. She is thorough and seems to really care about the average woman with major pounds to lose. I have not only lost over 40 pounds with this tape when I first began I lose weight in and everytime. I now use with other tapes but this is numero UNO for me. |

I bought this video at least.. my God.. 15 years ago? and it is the only one that i always reach for till this day.. Slow and Controlled is the name of the game. |
