The way to look younger naturally |
I originally bought this video years ago. I just wore it out. I have been using the program for almost a decade and the results are wonderful. You look younger without having plastic surgery or BOTOX or any of those other Fountation of Youth scams. Good luck.

I have many facial exercise books / dvds but this one (along with Eva Fraser's) are the best for me. Cynthia Rowland really knows what makes a firm but natural face and delivers her material in a very easy to follow program. I have had some discomfort and some negative outcomes with some other programs (headaches, jaw pain, over building and a deepening of wrinkles / furrows) but have not had anything like that with these 2 programs. I have the VHS but would like to upgrade at some stage to the dvd (hoping it has chapters you can skip to). I think using Facial Magic (I don't use Cynthia's creams)and Frownies have really helped. I especially like the fact that she addresses (toward the end of the tape)the naso labial folds (smile lines from nose to mouth)by working a specific muscle. I found other programs did not do this, although the last exercise on Eva Fraser's dvd does. This exercise has really reversed the lines I noticed arriving in my early 30's. I highly recommend this program. |

Facial Magic Exercises REALLY work!! |

I have been doing the exercises recommended in this booklet for 9 months and I have to say that they are amazing. The changes in your facial muscle tone is almost immediate. I get compliments every day - I am 47 years old and my face is looks so much more youthful and healthy. Yes, the exercises take time - but what does not take time? It's worth every minute spent in front of the mirror (approx 30 minutes/day). If you are truly interested in becoming the best you can be, I recommend getting a copy of this DVD ASAP! |

Cynthia Rowland is a great salesperson.
Although I did a lot of research, I bought this tape because I saw very motivational presentation on YouTube. After watching the tape I got the true picture.
First of all, ten year ago, when it was taped, Cynthia looked different (very different), she spoke different, her personality was very strict.
What is most important is that exercises are just barbaric!
You put fingers in your mouth, and press, stretch, push, squeeze.
Models even couldn't put their hands symmetrical.
And according to these models, these exercises didn't do any good for them since their faces covered with wrinkles (the new DVD use younger models).
I am very glad that I bought THIS tape. It shows me how I can damage my face. |

I bought this video about one year ago and finally dug it out; although the program is very involved, once you master the exercises, they become very easy and the results are very noticeable; I will be 47 soon and everyone thinks I am 33, no older than 35; when I was 35, people thought I was older. Also, aging is different for everyone. Stick with the program and you will see your youthful contours return. |
